How will my ebooks or audiobooks be delivered?

Your ebooks are delivered automatically and immediately upon purchase by an email from BookFunnel. If the email hasn’t arrived in 5 minutes, look for it in your Spam folder or if you have Gmail, in your Promotions folder.

Do you have more than one email address? The book will be delivered to the email address you used at checkout.

Log into BookFunnel with the email you used to purchase/download your books. Find your library here: https://My.BookFunnel.com.

Your library will contain all ebooks you have purchased from BookFunnel.

What payment methods do you accept?

ShopPay, credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay.

 

Where is my order?

Ebooks are delivered via email from my distributor, BookFunnel. The email will be sent as soon as the purchase is completed (Check your spam folder as it may have gone in there). You can find the books that you purchased directly from me via my distributor www.bookfunnel.com/help and use your email as your login name.

 

How do I send to my ereader?

Bookfunnel gives you the option to send the ebooks to your preferred e-reader or app via email. If you have any issues, get in touch with BookFunnel at help@bookfunnel.com.

 

The codes have expired.

Once BookFunnel sends the codes, you have 14 days before the codes expire. You have the books forever, don't worry. You can either contact BookFunnel at help@bookfunnel.com to request new codes. Or you can go to www.bookfunnel.com/help and use your email as your login. There you will find all the books you have purchased under that email.
